We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our eCommerce team in London. Responsibilities: Understand and conduct in-depth analysis of business challenges and requirements, translate into functional and non-functional requirements. Provide detailed solution design for the problem that includes UML diagrams, tables, wireframes, and clear descriptions. Write detailed test plans and test cases for the designed solution. Verify through user acceptance testing that the solutions meet the functional specifications and resolve specified business problems. Serve as liaisons between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Identify project milestones, phases, and elements, and keep team within timeline. Involve in creating end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials, release notes) and deliver training. Partner with business and technical teams in establishing project teams and providing overall direction for the technology development components of projects from initiation through to delivery. Perform project estimation, risk analysis, formulate project scope and delivery strategies, establish milestones/schedules, maintain and report project status, and monitor progress of all team members. Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results. Conduct presentations and demonstrate the product to external and internal stakeholders. Requirements: 4+ years experience as a systems analyst primarily in software development environments. Experience with creating Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents, Experience creating detailed test plans and cases 4+ years of relevant experience with inventory management or eCommerce solutions/ Shopping Carts (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, SuiteCommerce). ERP experience required. Software Design experience is required. Ability to analyze and categorize issues in the context of organizational and functional objectives. Ability to perform and document detailed analyses of the customer process that he has not used or seen before. In-depth functional, technical and market eCommerce and Retail knowledge enabling the provision of appropriate solutions. Solid understanding of current market trends from solution, vendor and end-user perspective. Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to gather business requirements from different stakeholders, analyze, design according to the product s principle and write a detailed functional specification with use cases, mockups, UML Diagrams, and other process flows. Ability to act as a primary point of contact for the external stakeholders like Customers, Partners, ISVs and Internal stakeholders like developers, testers, product managers. Ability to take ownership and be autonomous. Ability to focus and pay close attention to details while keeping a view to the larger issue. Ability to learn, absorb and dispense new information, both technical and procedural. Ability to invent a creative solutions and design. Ability to perform presentations of software product or technical solutions for internal stakeholders, partners and customers. Solid understanding of software algorithms and process. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience). Business Analyst Certification course like ECBA, CCBA, CBAA is a plus.
