As an Deliv2Me Team Lead for the Payroll application, you will manage a team of developers that collaborate and create large-scale, production-grade cloud-based ERP, CRM, and other web applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, MS SQL Server) for businesses around the world. Responsibilities: Oversees and manages cross disciplinary software application team (i.e.: developers, quality, and analysts) Participates and ensures team executes on defined company software development lifecycle processes. This includes: Feature estimates Requirements development and analysis Software Design Code implementation Software testing, performance analysis, and coverage Support and maintained of production issues Ensures project plan, deliverables, and schedules are maintained, highlighting risks and providing mitigation strategies, as needed Conduct team meetings Collaborate and participates in cross-team features, as required Define and manage resource plans Monitor team KPI’s Objectively evaluate team performance and develop resources Maintain high team morale Requirements: Business applications development on C#.NET and SQL for recent 3+ years (required) Ability to understand existing code (required) Understanding of data structures and algorithms (required) Familiarity with a distributed source control system (required) Familiarity with quality-sensitive critical business operations software (required) ERP or CRM or Accounting or Business systems development experience (is a plus) Payroll, accounting, financial systems knowledge (is a plus) Software design and system architecture experience (is a plus) Very strong people management and mentoring skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Agile Scrum / project management experience Technology stack: Development: C# 7, SQL, ASP.NET Integration: REST, Web Dev Source control: Git, BitBucket Issue tracking, Documentation: JIRA, Confluence Methodology: Kanban / Scrum Communication: Microsoft Teams Us: Deliv2Me is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
