We are looking for a Website Optimization Specialist who will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the current corporate website. This individual will work with the website marketing team to create and update website content, evaluate performance of content, and make proactive recommendations on website optimization – including page speed and conversions. They will also have some technical skills to troubleshoot issues/bugs and communicate findings to the web developer. This position will be in the middle of it all, helping internal and external teams increase website traffic, improve visitor engagement/conversion, and optimize website usability and accessibility. Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute multiple website related projects ensuring consistency with brand strategy and business objectives. Scope and deploy projects together with the product/business owner and work on documentation to deliver fully defined tasks to the development team. Support CMS developers, prioritize projects & initiatives to best align with business goals. Monitor overall web performance and traffic using Google Analytics and other designated tools and provide evidence-based recommendations. Continuously support A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions. Work with SEO agency to create/update content, analyze traffic data and drive continued improvement of the site for SEO and user experience. Publish, update, and ideate content on website properties. Work with web dev team to make updates to the website front and backend functionality. Triage incoming web requests and ensure that they are completed on time. Maintain content and monitor performance across multiple Deliv2Me web properties. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree, technical field, or equivalent education and/or experience. 1 to 2 years of experience in website management and SEO (SaaS experience preferred). Excellent project management skills - able to handle multiple projects with tight timelines. Understanding of Content Management Systems (e.g. Wordpress). Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support and improve website. Understanding of content marketing and SEO best practices, and how these intersect with website development and management. Strong quantitative, analytic, and problem-solving skills. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Passion for quickly mastering new technology and proven ability to apply it to business needs.
